DELIVERIES

When you place an order, we begin to carefully complete the purchased products. We present the picking time on the product card. For the products we have in stock, it is from 1 to 3 days. Products that are made for your individual order are prepared within a period not longer than that specified in the Sales Agreement. This process ends with sending the products by courier to the address you provided. The delivery time is approx. 2-3 business days. All parcels are inspected by us before being delivered to the courier.

DELIVERY COSTS

Due to the serious situation (spread of the virus causing the COVID-19 disease), out of concern for the common good, we have undertaken number of procedures to protect both you and the health of our employees. We take care of safety responsibly. We undertake all activities aimed at proper sanitary protection of the shipped goods

PAYMENT METHODS
We start processing the order after you make the payment. Payment methods available:

• Traditional bank transfer prior to order processing based on the order number.\
• Payment using the PRZELEWY24 system, including:
  • online transfer from Your Bank directly to our account when finalizing the order.
  • BLIK payment
  • ALIOR Bank, mBANK credit rates (implemented as part of the Przelewy24 platform) prepayment or postal order.
• Credit card (coming soon)
• Cash on delivery made to the courier upon receipt of the parcel
• Cash payment on presonal pick-u

DELIVERY TIME

We provide up-to-date information on the availability of goods in our online store. However, some of our products are made to order. Depending on the materials used and the size of the furniture, the completion date individually agreed with the Customer, which is included in the Sales Agreement.
